30 Days Free-Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Byrna® launcher, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, or accessories arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within ten days of receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order, notify us within fourteen days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund if the order has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

• Pepper, Max, and BGR Products
• CO2 Cartridges
• Chemical Projectiles
• Hazardous Materials
• Body Armor and Custom Products

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five business days after we inspect the returned item. If you haven't received your refund after ten business days, please contact us at support@nakestores.com or call us at 855-777-7551.
