We understand you want your order fast. That’s why we offer same-day shipping on eligible products. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will ship the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 (U.S. Only)

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 shipped to the lower 48 United States.

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed before checkout—no hidden fees or surprises.

Canada / International

We ship select products to Canada.

Important for Canadian Customers:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

There are no free returns for Canadian orders.

Cancellation Policy

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us through the Contact Us page or replying to your order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Drop-shipped items

  • Orders already marked as shipped

cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Eligible items may still qualify for return in accordance with our return policy.

Out-of-Stock Items & Backorders

If part of your order is out of stock:

  • Available items will ship immediately

  • Backordered items will ship via ground shipping once available, at no additional charge

  • You may request that your entire order ship together once all items are in stock
