Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following general terms apply to promotions, coupon codes, discounts, flash sales, bundle offers, rewards and special pricing available on Nakestores.com. Additional terms displayed with an individual offer or reward also apply.

• Promotional offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period and may change or end without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon code, discount or promotional offer may be used per order.
• Coupon codes must be entered and successfully applied during checkout before the order is completed.
• Automatic discounts, including eligible bundle savings, will appear in the checkout order summary when the products and order qualify. No coupon code is required for an automatic discount.
• Coupon codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed or previous purchases.
• Promotions cannot be combined with another coupon code, discount, promotional offer, bundle discount, rewards or special pricing unless specifically stated within the individual offer.
• Discounts apply only to eligible products. Certain products may be excluded due to manufacturer pricing policies, limited availability, gift cards or other restrictions stated within the promotion.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, minimum-purchase requirements are calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping charges and fees.
• Promotional pricing and offers are available while supplies last. Inventory, colors, models and product availability are not guaranteed.
• Discounts and coupon codes have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Rewards points, earning opportunities and redemption options are governed by the current Nakestores Rewards Program terms. Rewards may have eligibility requirements, expiration rules or combination restrictions displayed within the program or at checkout.
• When a product purchased with a promotional discount is returned, any applicable refund will be based on the actual discounted amount paid.
• If a promotion includes a free or discounted item, the qualifying item may need to be added to the cart for the automatic discount to display. Nakestores may add an omitted qualifying free item during fulfillment when the order and inventory qualify.
• If a promotion includes a free or discounted item, returning part of the qualifying purchase may reduce the refund or require the promotional item to be returned.
• Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and eligible destinations. Oversized, hazardous, restricted or international shipments may be excluded.
• Taxes, shipping charges and fees are generally not discounted unless specifically stated within the individual promotion.
• Nakestores may cancel or refuse an order when a promotion, coupon or pricing error results from a technical issue, system malfunction, misuse, abuse, fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Nakestores reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a promotion, coupon code, discount or special offer at any time.
• Additional terms, product exclusions and eligibility requirements may apply to individual promotions and will be stated within the applicable offer.
