Byrna Shipping Restrictions

In the U.S., restrictions on the use and possession of Byrna Launchers, Byrna Max projectiles, and Byrna Pepper projectiles vary by state and municipality. These regulations may include where the products can be carried or used, specific markings that may be required, and other legal considerations. It is the responsibility of each customer to review and comply with the laws in their respective state and municipality.

Please note that the shipping restrictions listed below pertain solely to direct-to-consumer e-commerce sales and may not apply to purchases made through authorized local dealers within these states.

BODY ARMOR OR ARMOR INSERTS
Currently, we do not ship body armors products to the following states:

• New York
• Connecticut

BYRNA MAX RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we do not ship Byrna Max products to the following states:

• New York
• Wisconsin
• Michigan
• California

BYRNA PEPPER RESTRICTIONS
Byrna Pepper products are restricted from shipping to:

• California
• New York

BYRNA 12 GAUGE ROUND RESTRICTIONS
Due to state legislation, Byrna Less-Lethal 12 Gauge Rounds cannot be shipped to:

• California
• New York
• Washington D.C.
• Connecticut
• Illinois
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• Puerto Rico
• Alaska
• Hawaii

BYRNA BAD GUY REPELLENT (BGR) RESTRICTIONS
Personal Defense Sprays are restricted from shipping to:

• New York
• Alaska
• Hawaii

BGR RESTRICTIONS BY PRODUCT SIZE

• BGR Max 0.5 OZ: Restricted from shipping to New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Wisconsin, Washington D.C., and Michigan.
• BGR MAX 2.0 OZ Restricted from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Washington DC and Michigan.

CALIFORNIA PRODUCTS
We currently ship the following products to California:

• TCR-Tactical Compact Rifle
• Mission 4 Rifle
• Byrna Kinetic Launchers and Kits (containing Kinetic Solid and Eco Kinetic projectiles only, no chemical rounds)
• Byrna LE or SD

Please note, we are unable to ship any products to San Francisco.

NEW YORK PRODUCTS
For New York State, we can ship the following products:

• Tactical Compact Rifle
• Mission 4 Rifle
• Byrna SD/SD XL Kinetic Kits
• Byrna LE

However, Byrna Max or Pepper projectiles and Pepper Kits cannot be shipped to New York State. Additionally, we do not currently ship any products to New York City (including the 5 Boroughs and Yonkers).
