To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

I checked with Byrna and they said this is the appropriate color (teal). Only other thing I'd recommend is that in use, make sure to avoid covering over the speaker on the backside of it or it will sound very muted."
