By purchasing a self-defense weapon, including pepper spray from us you understand that Nakestores does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and under no legal disability.

By purchasing a self-defense weapon, including pepper spray from Nakestores, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nakestores for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use of the item in compliance or violation of federal state and local laws or regulations.

Hassle-Free Returns Within 30 Days

At Nakestores, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Byrna® launcher, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, or accessories arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within ten days of receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order, notify us within fourteen days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund if the order has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five business days after we inspect the returned item. If you haven't received your refund after ten business days, please contact us at support@nakestores.com or call us at 855-777-7551.
