1. PLAN INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Your NAKESTORES Protection Plan. Developed exclusively for NAKESTORES Covered Products, this document outlines the details of Your Plan, such as coverage information, instructions on how to file a claim, cancellation policies, and more.

The terms and conditions of this Protection Plan govern the coverage under this Plan and are in addition to the coverage provided under the manufacturer’s limited hardware warranty. This Plan is provided solely by NAKESTORES. Byrna Technologies Inc. is not responsible for this Protection Plan.
2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully so that You fully understand Your coverage under this Plan.
2.2. You may be required to provide supporting documents in the event of a claim, including but not limited to Your Order Confirmation, receipts for maintenance services, and a police report in the event of loss or theft.
2.3. You must maintain the Covered Product in accordance with the manufacturer’s owner’s manual and any applicable warranty.
3. HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

3.2. Claims can be submitted online by visiting Your Order Status page and selecting “File a Claim.” Provide the required information and submit photo evidence. Claims for loss or theft must include a valid police report filed within a reasonable timeframe of the incident.
3.3. Do not return the Covered Product to Byrna Technologies Inc. or to any unauthorized service center. All claims must go through NAKESTORES.
3.4. All claims must be reported within the Coverage Term of this Plan.
3.5. Your account must be current to receive service.
4. DEFINITIONS
4.1. Administrator and Seller: NAKESTORES, 7622 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91405. Contact: (855) 777-7551 | sales@nakestores.com
4.2. Plan Expiration Date: The date coverage under this Plan ends, as shown on Your Order Confirmation.
4.3. Coverage Term: The length of time that Your Coverage is effective. Coverage begins on the later of: (1) the first date of delivery of Your Covered Product; or (2) the purchase date of the Plan.
4.4. Coverage Type: The level of coverage You purchased. This Plan covers manufacturer defects, accidental damage, and loss or theft (with valid police report).
4.5. Covered Product: The NAKESTORES product(s) covered by this Plan as shown on Your Order Confirmation.
4.6. Deductible: Any amount You are required to pay per approved claim, if applicable.
4.7. Obligor, We, Us, and Our: NAKESTORES, 7622 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91405.
4.8. Plan: This Protection Plan or service contract between You and NAKESTORES.
4.9. Plan Price: The price You paid for this Plan.
4.10. Order Confirmation: Your sales invoice, receipt, or Order Confirmation email from NAKESTORES.
4.11. You, Your, or Purchaser: The purchaser of the Covered Product(s) and this Plan.
5. ELIGIBILITY
5.1. To be eligible for coverage, the Covered Product must be in good working order at the time of Plan purchase.
5.2. This Plan does not cover products that:
Were sold without a manufacturer’s warranty or sold “as is.”
Were donated or used in a not-for-profit environment.
Have a serial plate that has been removed, defaced, or made illegible.
5.3. Coverage territory is limited to the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
6. PAYMENT OPTIONS
6.1. Up-Front Pay: Coverage ends after the Coverage Term unless renewed or canceled.
6.2. Installment Plans: If You select a plan paid in installments, coverage continues as long as payments remain current.
7. WHAT IS COVERED
7.1. Manufacturer Defects: If Your Covered Product fails during the Coverage Term due to a defect in materials or workmanship, NAKESTORES will repair, replace, or reimburse You for the product, subject to the Limit of Liability.
7.2. Optional Coverages:
7.2.1. Accidental Damage from Handling: Covers drops, spills, or accidental damage with a required explanation of the incident.
7.2.2. Commercial Use: If purchased, this Plan will cover products used in commercial environments.
7.2.3. Loss or Theft: Covered only if You provide a valid police report filed within a reasonable timeframe of the incident. Claims without a police report will be denied.
8. EXCLUSIONS – WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Plan does not cover:
Products not originally covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Failures already covered by manufacturer warranty or recalls.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Pre-existing conditions prior to Plan purchase.
Consumables such as batteries, filters, bulbs, and other parts designed for replacement.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage not affecting function.
Incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, delays, etc.).
Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, war, or external causes.
Loss or theft without a valid police report.
Any cost recoverable under other insurance, warranties, or guarantees.
9. SERVICE PROCEDURES AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
9.1. NAKESTORES will determine whether to repair, replace, or reimburse You for the Covered Product.
9.2. NAKESTORES reserves the right to inspect the Covered Product prior to coverage.
9.3. Limit of Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed two (2) times the purchase price of the Covered Product.
10. CANCELLATION
10.1. You may cancel this Plan at any time by contacting NAKESTORES.
10.2. Cancellations within 60 days will receive a 100% refund if no claims have been made. After 60 days, refunds will be prorated.
10.3. NAKESTORES may cancel this Plan for fraud, misrepresentation, or nonpayment. If We cancel, You will receive a prorated refund.
11. CONDITIONS
11.1. Renewal: Renewal is at NAKESTORES’s discretion.
11.2. Transferability: This Plan is transferable to a new owner by notifying NAKESTORES.
12. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
12.1. Subrogation: If We make any payment, We are entitled to recover what We paid from other parties.
12.2. Entire Agreement: This Plan represents the entire agreement.
12.3. Insurance Policy: Our obligations under this Plan are guaranteed under contractual liability policies issued by Continental Casualty Company and The Continental Insurance Company.
12.4. Privacy Policy: NAKESTORES takes the protection of Your personal data seriously.
12.5. Assignment: We may assign this Plan at any time without Your consent.
12.6. Incidental/Consequential Damages: We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
12.7. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
13. STATE REQUIREMENTS AND DISCLOSURES
(All state-specific disclosures apply as required. This Plan remains solely a NAKESTORES obligation. Byrna Technologies Inc. has no obligations under this Plan.)
