CO2 Safety Warnings

• This launcher operates using compressed CO2 gas. Always follow proper installation and handling procedures.
• Once CO2 cartridges are pierced, use within 24 hours as they will slowly leak pressure.
• Store CO2 cartridges separately when not in use. Do not leave installed for extended periods.
• CO2 performance may vary with temperature. Optimal performance occurs between 60-85°F.
• Never attempt to modify, puncture, or expose CO2 cartridges to heat or flame.

Operational Safety

• Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating this launcher.
• Never point the launcher at anyone unless in a legitimate self-defense situation.
• Treat every launcher as if it is loaded and ready to fire.
• Be aware of your target and what is beyond it.
• Use proper backstops when practicing or training.
• We strongly recommend practicing with kinetic training projectiles before using chemical projectiles.

Projectile Information

• Only use projectiles specifically designed for this launcher model and caliber.
• Chemical projectiles contain irritants and should only be used in self-defense situations.
• Indoor use of chemical projectiles will affect the entire room - ensure proper ventilation and exit strategy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Byrna® launcher, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, or accessories arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within ten days of receipt.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order, notify us within fourteen days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund if the order has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
