Intended Use

Products sold by Nakestores are intended only for lawful purposes, including lawful self-defense, training, practice and other permitted uses.

Byrna launchers should never be brandished, displayed or used in a threatening or unlawful manner. Improper use may result in serious injury, civil liability or criminal consequences.

Operational Safety

CO2 Safety

Byrna launchers use compressed CO2 cartridges. Compressed-gas products must be handled, stored and transported carefully.

• Use only the CO2 cartridge type specified for your exact launcher.
• Follow manufacturer instructions for installation, piercing and removal.
• Do not puncture, crush, modify, burn or expose CO2 cartridges to excessive heat.
• Store CO2 cartridges in a cool, dry location away from children.
• Performance can vary with temperature and operating conditions.
• Inspect cartridges and launcher components before use.

Refer to the applicable Byrna manual and safety documentation for current CO2 handling instructions.

Projectile Safety

Use only projectiles that are compatible with the caliber and launcher model being operated.

• Do not use incompatible or unauthorized projectiles.
• Inspect projectiles and magazines before loading.
• Chemical-irritant projectiles should only be used lawfully and responsibly.
• Indoor discharge of chemical projectiles can expose occupants and contaminate enclosed spaces.
• Read all packaging, labels, safety data and manufacturer warnings before use.

Maintenance, Modification & Compatible Equipment

Routine inspection and maintenance are important to reliable operation. Follow the manufacturer's current maintenance instructions for your exact launcher model.

• Inspect your launcher before use for damage, wear or contamination.
• Use manufacturer-approved maintenance products where applicable.
• Do not improperly disassemble or modify the launcher.
• Use compatible magazines, projectiles, CO2 cartridges and accessories.

Byrna's warranty materials warn that unauthorized modifications, incompatible accessories, improper handling or misuse may void applicable warranty coverage. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
