To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Byrna® launcher, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™, or accessories arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within ten days of receipt.

"This is my third one; I have one each on my Mission 4 and TCR and could not be happier. First off, Nakestores is the very best for anything Byrna. I know that I am repeating myself but it had to be said, always check Nakestores before buying anywhere else. This laser/light is extremely easy to install and remove if necessary. It also extends the fore-grip on both Byrna rifles. Calibrating the laser is a breeze and operating is just as easy. Aside from removing the original grip, no tools are needed to install. The buttons are large in proportion and well placed making it quick and easy to switch on/off and between operation modes. I'm sure that I am forgetting something so I'll end with saying it's well worth the hundred bucks. When the new Battle Worn Mission 4 came out I snatched one up immediately. I think it was less than 24 hours before I also bought my third fore-grip sight."
